The service
Boucle is a platform that connects shippers with verified carriers. Boucle is not the carrier.
Price and payment
The price is shown before booking. Payment is held by Boucle and released to the carrier after confirmed delivery.
Responsibilities
The shipper declares the shipment accurately. The carrier maintains valid insurance. Prohibited loads are refused.
Language
The French version of these terms prevails. The English version is provided for convenience.
